Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund is organized as a nonprofit corporation and operated in a manner consistent with section §501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization will file Form 1024 with the IRS in the near future. A section §501(c)(4) organization must operate primarily to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Palm Springs by bringing about civic betterment related to the preservation of our Historic Modern Heritage. Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund will be engaged in grassroots lobbying and issue advocacy activities to further these organizational purposes.

Contributions to Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
