Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund

The Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund is a non-profit organization established to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Palm Springs by bringing about civic betterment related to the preservation of our Historic Modern Heritage.

Due to government regulations regarding such entities, the Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund is organized under the IRS´ §501(c)(4) rules, which means that contributions to the Heritage Fund are NOT tax deductible. As a result, the Heritage Fund is restricted from having a direct connection to the Palm Springs Modern Committee, which is a §501(c)(3) corporation offering tax deductibility so long as it refrains from supporting/endorsing local political candidates.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Fall Home Tour on Saturday, October 29th. The tour helped PS Modern Heritage Fund raise funds to support to the campaigns of candidates in this November's civic election, when two Palm Springs council seats and the Mayor’s job are to be filled.
