Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund
The Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund is a non-profit organization established to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Palm Springs by bringing about civic betterment related to the preservation of our Historic Modern Heritage.
Due to government regulations regarding such entities, the Palm Springs Modern Heritage Fund is organized under the IRS´ §501(c)(4) rules, which means that contributions to the Heritage Fund are NOT tax deductible. As a result, the Heritage Fund is restricted from having a direct connection to the Palm Springs Modern Committee, which is a §501(c)(3) corporation offering tax deductibility so long as it refrains from supporting/endorsing local political candidates.
PS Modern Heritage Fund´s Modern Home Tour
The 2009 Annual Home Tour is now scheduled for Saturday, October 31st.
This years' tour will commence with registration between 9:30 - 10:30 am. There will be a total of nine houses on the tour with a break for lunch. The tour will conclude with a wine & cheese reception at the last house from 4 - 6:30 pm.
Cost: $125 per person, first come first served.
